CHW-1821 Semi-automatic Pallet Stretch Wrapper
CHW-1821, a semi-automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine, efficiently secures pallet loads with stretch film while operating with the assistance of an operator. The operator manually positions the pallet load onto the wrapping turntable and attaches the film tail to the bag to commence the wrapping cycle. Once initiated, the machine autonomously applies the stretch film, encasing the pallet load.
The operator's additional responsibilities include initiating the wrapping cycle by pressing the start button and severing the stretch film upon completion of the wrapping cycle. Upon activating the start button, the machine automatically executes the pre-selected wrapping program, ensuring consistent and effective load containment.
In terms of functionality, a semi-automatic stretch wrapper closely resembles its fully automatic counterpart, with the primary distinction being the extent of operator involvement.
